📦 Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We currently ship within Malaysia only, covering both West Malaysia (Peninsular) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

West Malaysia (Peninsular) & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Shipping Fee: RM 15 flat rate

Free Shipping: For orders above RM150

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 7 working days

 

⏰ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

🚚 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as J&T Express and Pos Laju to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp. You can track your package through the courier's website.

📦 Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery fees will apply.
